From Points South of Manchester:

• Take Route 93 North to Route 293 North
• Take Exit 6, Amoskeag Bridge
• At the end of the off-ramp, bear right on Amoskeag Bridge
• Bear right at the end of the Amoskeag Bridge onto Canal Street 
• At the first set of lights, take a left onto West Brook Street
• Elm Street is located at the next set of lights
• The Manchester Welfare Department is located at the corner of Elm and West Brook Streets (1528 Elm Street)

From Points North of Manchester:

• Take Route 93 South to Route 293 South
• Take Exit 6, Amoskeag Bridge
• Bear to the right at the end of the off-ramp onto Eddy Rd
• Proceed on the overpass staying in the right lane
• Bear right as you approach the Amoskeag traffic circle (Hotel on right)  and proceed over the Amoskeag Bridge
• Bear right at the end of the Amoskeag Bridge onto Canal Street
• Take a left at the first set of lights onto West Brook Street
• Elm Street is located at the next set of lights
• The Manchester Welfare Department is located at the corner of Elm and West Brook Streets (1528 Elm Street)
