This benefit is entirely managed and paid for by employees, who are responsible for 100% of the pet insurance plan's cost. The costs will be deducted in payroll.

• Visit the Nationwide website.
• Search for "City of Manchester"
• FIll in the appropriate information regarding your cat, or dog.
• Once you apply and are approved, Nationwide will send us confirmation of your enrollment.
