The above map identifies the six (6) combined sewer overflow (CSO)outfalls the city currently has active.  Each outfall has a drop down menu that details the individual CSO activation time, termination time, and volume of discharge.

The City of Manchester is investing in its infrastructure over the next 20 years to address Combined Sewer Overflows (CSOs) to improve Merrimack River water quality.  For more information please go to EPD’s website
