Notary Service

We have several Justices of the Peace on staff who are authorized by the State of New Hampshire to take acknowledgements, administer oaths or affirmations, take a verification upon oath or affirmation, witness or attest signatures, and certify or attest copies as permitted by RSA 456-B of the State of New Hampshire.  Please note that the presence of each signer and oath-taker is required. We do not sign subpeonas or other documents that specifies for a "Notary" signature.  The fee for this service is $5 per signature/seal.

Photocopying Service

Current rates established by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for duplicating services provided to the public are $1 for the first page and $.50 for each additional page.  There are other fees associated with certification, vital records, voter checklists, and other records where applicable.
