The Manchester City Library provides quality services and materials to meet the cultural, educational and informational needs of our diverse and changing community.

We offer books, audiobooks, films, music, and research tools and services in both print and digital formats. We also provide internet access and technology instruction, as well as classes and events for families and people of all ages.

Hours

Main Library Hours

Monday and Friday: 9 am-5 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9 am-8 pm
Saturday: closed (hours will be added in August)

West Branch Hours

Monday through Friday: 1 pm-5 pm

Though the library will close for an hour twice per day for cleaning, you can still call, email or contact us via chat reference during those closed times.
