Payment options

Manchester Water Works is pleased to offer multiple options to make it as convenient as possible to pay your bill.

1. Enroll In Direct Payment

  • Checking or savings account automatic withdrawal on scheduled due date
  • No fee
  • Please allow up to 60 calendar days for processing your enrollment
  • Your water bill will note “Direct Payment” when you have been enrolled

2. Pay Now Online

  • Checking or savings account one-time payment
  • A convenience fee will be charged for each payment made online
  • Please allow up to four business days for online payments to be credited to your account

3. Bank Bill Pay

  • See your bank or their website for details

4. Mail A Payment

  • Check or money order only

5. Pay In Person

  • Cash, check or money order
  • 281 Lincoln Street, Manchester NH 03103
  • 8:00AM – 4:30PM Monday through Friday
  • Dropbox on location after hours

Please note: Many customers have previously called and had MWW employees assist them in processing credit card or check payments over the phone. MWW is working to provide new, more user-friendly online payment processing software. Going forward, all questions regarding processing payments online will be directed to the company’s help line and will not be supported by MWW employees. Credit card and check payments will not be accepted over the phone by MWW employees, although our new phone system (coming soon) will support payments over the phone through an automated attendant.

Please note: If you do not pay your bill by the due date, you will receive a Disconnect Notice. Please call us if you are unable to pay your bill by the due date. If we do not hear from you by the date of disconnection, your water service will be disconnected. To reconnect service, you must pay your bill and a service charge.
