Community Survey

The City has concluded its "needs assessment" Community Survey and extends its appreciation to residents for taking the time to participate and offer their feedback! Residents interested in the results from this survey may now access two different documents breaking down the data, including:

  • An graphed summary of priority needs, as ranked by respondents, using this PDF document; and
  • Individualized responses, including open-ended feedback, as found in this PDF document

As previously noted, responses will be used as an additional method input on the City’s HUD funding priorities, especially in the event public meeting participation is not possible for any resident. Feedback is also being collected to develop a regional Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice.

Please note: Funding activities must:

(1) Benefit low-to-moderate income persons or households;

(2) Prevent or eliminate slums or blight; and/or

(3) Address an emergency need that poses a serious and immediate threat to the health or welfare of the community.
