Voter Registration and Elections

The Office of the City Clerk conducts and preserves the integrity of all local, state and national elections held in Manchester, NH.  The next scheduled election will be a special state election to fill the vacancy in the office of state representative in District 44 (wards 8 & 9).  The special general election will be held on May 23, 2017 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. in wards 8 and 9 only.

Following the special District 44 election, a special election will be held in District 16 (wards 1, 2, & 12) to fill the vacancy in the office of state senate.  This special election will feature a primary election held on June 16, 2017 and a general election held on July 25, 2017.  Both elections will be held between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. in wards 1, 2, & 12 only.

Absentee Ballot applications for the upcoming elections can be printed using the link below and completed in the convenience of your home.  As a registered Manchester voter, you may mail, e-mail (cityclerk@manchesternh.gov), fax, or hand deliver your completed application to the Office of the City Clerk, One City Hall Plaza, Manchester, NH  03101
