Voter Registration and Elections

The Office of the City Clerk conducts and preserves the integrity of all local, state and national elections held in Manchester, New Hampshire.  The next scheduled local elections are the Non-Partisan Municipal Primary Election  across all twelve city wards and the Special Non-Partisan Municipal General Election for Ward 8 Alderman.  Both of these elections will be held on September 21, 2021 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Absentee Ballot applications for the upcoming elections can be printed using the link below and completed in the convenience of your home.  As a registered Manchester voter, you may mail, e-mail (cityclerk@manchesternh.gov), fax, or hand deliver your completed application to the Office of the City Clerk, One City Hall Plaza, Manchester, NH  03101. 

* Please note that a stated concern for COVID-19 remains a disability for voting purposes in the state of New Hampshire and you may select accordingly under Section II of the Absentee Ballot application when declaring your reason for not voting in person on Election Day.
