Voter Registration and Elections

The Office of the City Clerk conducts and preserves the integrity of all local, state and national elections held in Manchester, New Hampshire.  The next scheduled elections to be held in the city will be the State Primary Election on September 13, 2022, followed by the State General Election on November 8, 2022, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at Manchester polls.

Absentee Ballot applications for the upcoming elections can be printed using the link below and completed in the convenience of your home.  As a registered Manchester voter, you may mail, e-mail (cityclerk@manchesternh.gov), fax, or hand deliver your completed application to the Office of the City Clerk, One City Hall Plaza, Manchester, NH  03101.  Absentee Applications will be provided as soon as available, likely in early 2022.

* Please note that a stated concern for COVID-19 remains a disability for voting purposes in the state of New Hampshire and you may select accordingly under Section II of the Absentee Ballot application when declaring your reason for not voting in person on Election Day.
