Voter Registration and Elections

The Office of the City Clerk conducts and preserves the integrity of all local, state and national elections held in Manchester, New Hampshire.  The next scheduled local elections will feature the Non-Partisan Municipal Primary Election on September 19, 2017 as well as the Special State Primary Election to fill a vacancy in the State Representative seat for District 15 (ward 8 only) and a Special Non-Partisan Muncipal Election to fill the ward 6 alderman vacancy.  The elections will be all held on the same day (September 19, 2017) and in the case of the Special Municipal Election in ward 6 for alderman, will immediately seat the recipient of the most votes for the balance of the current term.  These elections will be held between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

Absentee Ballot applications for the upcoming elections can be printed using the link below and completed in the convenience of your home.  As a registered Manchester voter, you may mail, e-mail (cityclerk@manchesternh.gov), fax, or hand deliver your completed application to the Office of the City Clerk, One City Hall Plaza, Manchester, NH  03101
