If you are seeking shelter or emergency assistance, please contact Manchester City Welfare at (603) 624-6484. In-person assistance is available at 1528 Elm Street, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For information about bed availability or other services at 200 Elm Street, including the Shelter, Engagement Center, and Warming Station, please contact 200 Elm Street directly at (603) 413-1775.
