The Office of the City Clerk conducts and preserves the integrity of all local, state and national elections. The next scheduled election in Manchester will be the Municipal General Election on November 5, 2013 between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. All ward ballots will include proposed changes to the City Charter as suggested by the Charter Commission.
