The Office of the City Clerk conducts and preserves the integrity of all local, state and national elections. The next scheduled elections in Manchester will be the State General Election and the Special Municipal Election on November 4, 2014, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. For more information on the Special Municipal Election, including an explanation of the proposed Charter amendment question, please refer to our Sample Ballots page.
