At 1415 hrs, on Monday September 28, 2009, Officers responded to Shaw’s Supermarket on S Willow Street for a report of a male subject masturbating in his vehicle in the parking lot.  It was reported that the subject was watching a female store employee while she was tending to the flowers outside the foyer.

 

Upon arrival Officers Michael Abruzese and Brian O’Leary spoke with a subject identified as Mark Krochmal 05-11-59 of 445 Brown Avenue Manchester, NH.

 

While conducting their investigation the officers viewed surveillance video showing Krochmal in his vehicle supporting the initial report.  The female employee was interviewed further and advised that Krochmal has approached her inside and outside the store in the past for no legitimate purpose.

 

Krochmal was taken into custody on charges of Indecent Exposure/Lewdness and Stalking.
