Manchester Police Officer Joe Cespedes was on routine patrol early Monday morning when he was flagged down by a male subject in the area of Elm St. and Granite St.  The man had visible but minor injuries, and reported to the officer that he had been attacked while walking home.  According to the victim, he was approached on the street by his wife and three unknown men when his wife suddenly made a derogatory comment about him.  The three men then attacked him, beating him about the head, face and torso.  One of the males then grabbed him from behind and held him up, at which time his wife struck him in the face several times with an open hand. 

After taking this report, officers located Sheila Flattery walking in the rear of Jillian's restaurant on Commercial St.  She was placed under arrest without incident and charged with Domestic Simple Assault.  Two of the male subjects involved have been identified and the investigation into this incident continues.
