In the early morning hours of 8/28/08 the Manchester Police Department continued its ongoing effort to curb prostitution in the inner city by arresting:

Jose Olivares, DOB 5-16-78
196 Laurel Street

and

Rudy Vasquez, DOB 10-10-74
36 Brown Street
Methuen, Mass

for prostitution. Olivares and Vasquez solicited an undercover Police Officer to perform a sexual act in exchange for money. Vasquez was additionally charged with Sexual Assault after he grabbed the Officer’s breast.
