Building Code
The Planning and Community Development Department enforces the 2000 editions of the International Building, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, Plumbing and Residential Codes, the 2005 edition of the National Electrical Code and the 2009 edition of the International Existing Building Code with certain additions, insertions, deletions and changes.
