TO:      ALL MANCHESTER WATER WORKS CUSTOMERS

RE:     ACCESS TO LINCOLN STREET OFFICE UPDATE

Dear Customers:

The Manchester Municipal Complex Project which includes new Manchester Highway Department and Police facilities in the area generally from Maple to Wilson Streets and Valley to Hayward Streets will soon be getting underway in earnest. Unfortunately, due to the confined footprint of the site, access to Manchester Water Works’ office at 281 Lincoln Street may be impacted during this two-year construction period.

The contractor, Harvey Construction, is responsible for providing access to our property and temporary signage has been provided, however, some delays may be encountered.

For the next month, portions of Lincoln Street in front of our building will be closed to vehicle traffic. Customer access during this period will be provided from the rear of our facility on Hayward Street east of Lincoln Street (See Map).  Also for your convenience, water bills may be paid at all area Hannaford Supermarkets.

We apologize for any inconvenience which you may experience as a result of the Municipal Complex project. Thank you and should you have any questions or concerns relative to access to the property, please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,

Thomas M. Bowen, P.E.

Director
