We are updating our billing platform to provide you with a more secure and streamlined billing experience. Our current payment site will be permanently closed starting September 18th, and Tyler Payments will take its place on October 1, 2026. You can continue to make payments using cash or checks, either by mail or in our office. Stay tuned; you will start receiving new bills after September 28, 2026.

The Manchester Water Works is responsible for providing drinking water and fire protection to the City of Manchester and portions of Auburn, Bedford, Derry, Goffstown, Hooksett and Londonderry.

We urge all our customers to become informed concerning issues which affect your water supply.
