To pay your water bill using a debit/credit card or echeck or inquire about your balance, please call 603-624-6494 and select option 2. You will be need to know your water works account number located on the bill. If you do not know your account number please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
If you are calling to request a final bill please email email@example.com. Please note, in order to process final bills during this time, you will need to provide a meter reading.
For general inquiries, address changes, etc., please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
If you are calling to inquire about a payment arrangement or extension to pay your water bill, please email email@example.com and we will respond to you within 24 hours. If you are not able to send an email please call 603-792-2815 and leave a message.

The parking at Lake Massabesic is closed, however the trails are open. Please follow all social distancing guidelines and stay safe while enjoying our beautiful lake and its surroundings.

To pay your bill, please use our automated phone system (603-624-6494, option 2), pay online using the link below, mail your payment, or leave it in our mail slot at the office.
If you were scheduled for an appointment with one of our meter technicians in the coming week, we will be in contact with you to reschedule your appointment.
We are suspending any shut offs for non-payment or non-compliance until further notice.

The Manchester Water Works is responsible for providing drinking water and fire protection to the City of Manchester and portions of Auburn, Bedford, Derry, Goffstown, Hooksett and Londonderry.
