Welcome to the City of Manchester's Parking Division. We manage and maintain all municipal parking facilities and parking lots, on-street meters and parking lot meters and associated parking permits. Parking Division works in conjunction with the Ordinance Violations Bureau when related to parking violations. For information regarding a violation, please call our office or you can contact OVB at 603-624-6546. You may also pay your citations online.
