Through the program, participants will gain practical skills in topics such as negotiation, marketing, and employee management that can immediately be put into action. In addition, they will receive the tools and professional support to develop a strategic and customized growth plan that will take their business to the next level. New Hampshire Business Finance Authority

The Business Finance Authority (BFA) is a self-funded State entity created in 1992 to foster economic development and create employment in New Hampshire. The BFA accomplished these objectives by working with New Hampshire's banking, business, and economic development sectors to develop and implement programs which expand the availability of business credit within the State.

SBA

The U.S. Small Business Administration offers several programs in cooperation with local banks that may increase the availability and reduce the costs of business financing. New Hampshire's SBA also offers a Small Business Hotline available to small business owners seeking advice, assistance or resources. Manchester Development Corporation

The Manchester Development Corporation is a non-profit corporation closely affiliated with the City of Manchester. Through its Investment Committee, it may make loans, with approval of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen, to promote economic development of the City.

Community Loan Fund

MircroCredit-NH provides self-employed and small business entrepreneurs with loans of up to $10,000 for participating business members.

Southern NH Regional Planning Commission

SNHPC serves as the coordinating agency for the planning initiatives of thirteen communities in the region. By taking a regional approach to address development concerns, the Commission crafts effective and efficient solutions that will preserve the special character and valuable resources of the region.

Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce

Incorporated in 1911, the GMCC is the largest business organization in the greater Manchester area, focusing its efforts primarily on the ten communities of Auburn, Bedford, Candia, Derry, Goffstown, Hooksett, Litchfield, Londonderry, Manchester, and Merrimack. The Chamber provides members with marketing opportunities, economic indicators, listings in the area's only business directory, legislative bulletins, representation in both local and state government and more.

NH Small Business Development Center

The New Hampshire Small Business Development Center is the key link to business assistance in New Hampshire and to programs offered through the University System, the State of New Hampshire, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the private sector. The New Hampshire Small Business Development Center offers free, one-on-one, confidential business counseling, low cost training programs, and access to information and referral. Specialized services include environmental counseling, manufacturing assistance, and innovative economic development initiatives.

NH International Trade Resource Center

The New Hampshire International Trade Resource Center's unique alliance of state, federal and private sector organizations - all conveniently housed in one single location - offers a full spectrum of information, programs and customized services. The Trade Center also offers an extensive international business library, the statewide hub of the International Trade Data Network, a worldwide network of Commercial Consuls, a European-based logistics center, overseas virtual offices and more.

Launch Angels creates and manages alumni venture capital funds. Its funds are private, for-profit, and not affiliated with their respective schools. Funds are based on the idea that alums do better investing together than alone.
