United States Attorney Tom Colantuono, Manchester Police Chief David Mara, and New Hampshire State Police Colonel Frederick H. Booth today announced that the following individuals were arrested and arraigned in U.S. District Court Tuesday or Wednesday on the following federal criminal charges:

Kevin Croteau: 7/31/56, Manchester, charged with 3 counts of distribution of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy; |

Amy Galacia: 2/27/82, Manchester, charged with 1 count of distribution of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy; |

Robert Mason: 11/17/75, Manchester and Haverhill, MA, charged with 5 counts of distribution of a controlled substance; |

Nicole Wells: 10/28/80, Manchester, charged with 3 counts of distribution and one count of aiding and abetting; |
| |
|
 |
Virgenmina Diaz: 2/11/55, Manchester, charged with one count of conspiracy; |

Shawn Demers: 8/17/80, Derry, charged with 5 counts of distribution of a controlled substance;

Michael Martin: 4/13/77, Manchester, charged with 3 counts of distribution and one count of aiding and abetting;

Carlos Marsach: 10/30/77, Manchester, charged with one count of conspiracy and 2 counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance;

|
 |
Edward Torres: 7/23/78, Manchester, charged with one count of conspiracy, 3 counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime; |

|
 |
Isaac Lindsay: 7/18/71, Winooski, VT, charged with 4 counts of distribution of a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy; |
| |
|
 |
Luis Escribano-Cora: 3/14/70, charged with one count of distribution. |

Jeffrey Speiwak: 03/09/72, Manchester, NH charged with 2 counts of sale of a controlled drug. |

Dennis Sweeney: 04/18/58, Manchester, NH charged with 3 counts of sale of a controlled drug. |
The Safe Streets Gang Task Force is jointly funded by the FBI and the New England High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area. The Manchester Police Department assisted in this investigation through funding granted by the Board of Mayor and Alderman under Operation DAG.
