Manchester Police officers responded to the African Halal Market at 917 Valley St. around 7:30 Monday evening for a reported armed Robbery.  The store clerk told responding officers that a white male subject wearing a red bandana over his face came into the store armed with a black handgun and demanded money.  The clerk removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and handed it to the suspect, who then fled from the store on foot.  No one was hurt in this incident and the suspect has not been identified.

The Robbery suspect was described as follows:

• White male
• Tall/thin build  approximately 6' to 6' 2"
• Wearning blue jean jacket and jeans; with a red bandana over his face
