On 04/28/09 at 100 AM Police and Fire units were dispatched to 132 Alsace St. for a report of a fire. As units arrived on the scene, the fire had been extinguished by the boat's owner, Jean Brouillard, with a fire extinguisher. The boat was valued at $5,000 and sustained minor damage to the boat cover and carpeting.

Officers interviewed several witnesses in the area and based on their investigation a suspect identified as:

Richard Decoste  30 yoa

153 Joliette St. Manchester, NH

was arrested and charged with Arson a Class B Felony.
