On August 30, 2010 at approximately 1214 p.m. Manchester Police were called to the area of Wilson and Harvard Street in reference to a shooting incident, in which three subjects exchanged gun fire in the densely populated neighborhood. The department’s detective squad investigated the incident which resulted in arrest warrants being issued for all three subjects involved in the shooting:

Arrest warrants were issued for father and son, Christopher G. Kean (47 years old) and his son, Christopher J. Kean (19 years), both of Manchester, for felony Reckless Conduct. Both Keans were arrested during the midnight patrol shift without incident. They are being held at Valley Street Jail on $50,000.00 cash/surety bail. They are to be arraigned at Manchester District Court on September 1, 2010.

An Arrest warrant was also issued for two counts of felony Reckless Conduct for Jose Miranda, 21 years old from 221 Wilson Street 2nd floor, for his role in the shooting. Miranda’s whereabout are currently unknown. Miranda is described as 5’6, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes and is said to have cornrows in his hair.
