Sex Offender Arrested

Convicted Sex Offender Derek Emmons who is 23 years old was arrested on August 24, 2010 for Change of Registration Information; Duty to Inform. Emmons who resides at 147 Pearl Street Manchester, NH was arrested on a warrant after an investigation was conducted by Ofc.Pelletier from the department's Sex Offender Compliance Unit. Emmons turned himself in at Police Headquarters on 08/24/10.
