Disability Awareness Month: October 2008

October is National Disability Awareness Month in the United States. In observance of National Disability Awareness Month, the Manchester Police Department and the City of Manchester Parking Division will be targeting handicap parking violators on Wednesday, October 29th in an effort to increase awareness, accessibility, and opportunities for people with disabilities within our community.   Deputy Chief Marc Lussier
