On 04-25-2010 at approximately 0240 hours the Manchester Police were notified that a stabbing victim was brought to the Emergency Room at the CMC Hospital. The victim:
Michael Smith
07-20-1978
Goffstown, NH
Sustained 5 stab wounds, four to the left side of his body and one to his right forearm. Michael Smith was treated and eventually released from the CMC with non-life threatening injuries.
Michael Smith reported being at a cookout at 241 Boutwell Street when an argument erupted that resulted in Michael Smith being attacked by:

Michael Smith, who is not related to Franklin Smith, reported that while he was attempting to fight off his attacker, he observed the knife in his attackers hand and realized that he had been stabbed. Once the stabbing occurred the victim was taken to the hospital by a friend who was the host of the cookout.
The Manchester Police Department’s Detective Division has active warrants for Franklin Smith. The warrants are for First Degree Assault and Felon in Possession of a Dangerous Weapon.
