Acting on information obtained during their investigation, Manchester Police reponded to 286 Concord St. at 1700hrs and located 13 y/o Lindsey Young, who had been missing since Sunday, February 7th. Young was found safe, and in the company of another juvenile and his mother. Young informed police she didn't want to return home because she didn't like the rules she had to live by. She was later returned to the custody of her mother.
