We operate and manage the parking system in Downtown Manchester.
The Parking Division's mission is to provide a positive parking experience while maintaining the parking system and enforcing, in a fair and equitable manner, the parking regulations in Downtown Manchester. Customer service is our main priority and the employees of the Parking Division are held to a high standard of professionalism when assisting the citizens of Manchester. However if you receive a ticket and feel it is in error, please fill out the Citation Review Form and submit. If you have any supporting pictures or receipts please send them via email to parking@manchesternh.gov, include your last name and ticket number in the subject line. If you wish to send a hard copy via USPS, please address to parking department 25 Vine Street Manchester, NH 03101, attention appeals. Please include an email address so the decision can be sent to your promptly.

The “Barnacle” is an alternative booting device that promises to reduce employee injuries and vehicle damage, while offering citizens faster and more convenient way to get their cars back on the road.
