The Office of the City Clerk conducts and preserves the integrity of all local, state, and federal elections held in Manchester, New Hampshire.  The next scheduled election across all twelve city wards is the:

Municipal Primary, September 21, 2027.

Voter Registration 

If you are looking to confirm the status of your voter registration, consult the Secretary of State's Voter Information Lookup or contact the Office of the City Clerk. 

To register to vote or make any changes to your voter registration, you must complete a new Voter Registration Form at the Office of the City Clerk during regular business hours. For more information about registering to vote, see the How to Register page.

Absentee Ballots 

Absentee ballots may be requested within 6-months of an election. Absentee ballot requests for the September 21, 2027 Municipal Primary Election may be accepted beginning March 21, 2027.
