FREE-Balance & Stability Training

Beginning May 2nd 1:00 PM

If you want to improve your balance and reduce the risk of falling, this class is for you.  Fred Daniels, Exercise Specialist with Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise will take you through exercises to improve your balance and stability.  The exercises will include strength, flexibility, and balance specific exercises.  In addition, we will work on strategies to reduce the risk of falling when you lose your balance.  The class will meet for 30 minutes on Mondays and Fridays for eight weeks
