Livingston Pool is closed for the 2023 season.

Livingston Pool is located off of the Daniel Webster Highway, across from The Puritan/Backroom restaurant.  

*Closing time is slightly earlier (7:30 pm) at the end of the season when the days get shorter.

Pool Rules and Regulations

  • Take showers before entering the pool.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian aged 18+.
  • No entry for patrons with communicable diseases.
  • No bodily fluid discharge into the pool.
  • No bringing or throwing contaminated objects into the pool.
  • No spitting or contaminating pool areas.
  • Only proper bathing suits allowed, no long pants or t-shirts.
  • Infants must wear plastic pants or swim diapers.
  • Parents/guardians must closely watch their children.
  • No unsafe behaviors or horseplay allowed.
  • No diving, only feet-first entries.
  • No soaps or cleaning agents allowed.
  • No nose masks, snorkels, fins, or toys in the pool.
  • Coast Guard-approved lifejackets allowed, but no "floaties."
  • No strollers in the pool area.
  • No skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, or scooters.
  • Food and drinks only in designated areas.
  • No glass containers or coolers in the pool area.
  • No alcohol or drugs allowed.
  • No climbing on guard chairs or lane/buoy lines.
  • No pets allowed.
  • No weapons or dangerous materials allowed.
  • No vaping or smoking near the pool area.
  • Follow lifeguards' instructions at all times.
  • Remember to adhere to these rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable swimming experience.
