The Office of the City Clerk conducts and preserves the integrity of all local, state and national elections. The next scheduled election in Manchester will be the Special State General Election to fill a State Representive vacancy in District 9 (Ward 2). This election will be held on March 19, 2013 at Hillside Middle School between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. for Ward 2 voters only.
