Sample ballots for the upcoming Non-Partisan Municipal General Election on November 3, 2015 are posted below and now available by selecting the link after each ward to view the ballot. This ballot also includes a question proposing to amend the City Charter by changing the position of Welfare Commissioner from an elected position to an appointed position nominated by the mayor and confirmed by a vote of eight aldermen; an amendment that would go into effect in 2018, if passed by voters on November 3rd. The election will be held at all ward polling locations between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
