The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidental emotional support, work-life solutions and resources for numerous life situations.

EAP is a voluntary, confidential program designed to help employees, and their families, deal with issues or problems that may affect their general well being and/or their job performance. You may contact the EAP directly, or your supervisor may recommend to you that you seek the assistance of the EAP through a supervisory referral.
