Sexual Harassment Policy

The Sexual Harassment policy has been designed to provide employees with a working environment as free as possible from unlawful sexual harassment and sexual discrimination; to prevent sexual harassment of employees by co-workers, management, supervisors, vendors, contractors, elected and appointed officials and the public; to prevent retaliation against any employee; to encourage prompt reporting of complaints of sexual harassment and retaliation; and to resolve complaints promptly, discretely and at the lowest management level possible free from intrusion during hours of operation and to advance our desire to provide the best service to our city.  For more detailed information, please refer to the Sexual Harassment policy approved by the Board of Mayor and Alderman.
