OPEN ENROLLMENT FOR HEALTH AND DENTAL
(RETIREES UNDER 65 only) 

If you are not making any changes to your health or dental plan, then you do not need to complete any paperwork unless you are currently on a High Deductible health plan. If you are, we do need you to fill out the Health Enrollment/Change form to select either the National High Deductible Health Plan, or the Regional Plan High Deductible Health plan.
