Low To Moderate Income Homeowners Property Tax Relief
When applying for the Low and Moderate Income Homeowners Property Tax Relief you will need a copy of your final Real Estate bill for the year. There is a $2.00 charge for the copy. For your convenience just print the online form, fill it out and mail it in with a self-addressed stamped envelope and the $2.00 check or money order. Please do not send cash. You can also bring this in to the Tax Collector's Office to obtain a copy of the final billing.

Now that the due date of December 18, 2009 for the 2009 Real Estate and Central Business Service District Taxes has passed please contact the City Of Manchester NH, Tax Collector's Office at 624-6575 for the correct payoff of the Real Estate Bills.
