Real Estate Tax Bills for the final billing for 2011 were mailed Monday November 28th, 2011. If you have not received your bill please notify the City Of Manchester NH Tax Collector's Office at 624-6575. The due date for this billing was Wednesday December 28th, 2011. Payments mailed that date 2011 accrue interest at twelve per cent per annum.

Low To Moderate Income Homeowners Property Tax Relief

When applying for the Low and Moderate Income Homeowners Property Tax Relief you will need a copy of your final Real Estate bill for the year. You can print a copy of your tax bill for free when you Access Your Tax Account Online. Search for your real estate tax account, and then click the Bills and History link at left. From there you will be able to download and print a copy of your tax bill. If you’d prefer to have the Tax Collector’s Office print a duplicate copy of your final tax bill, mail in your request with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a $2.00 check or money order. You can also come in to the Tax Collector's Office to purchase a copy of the final billing and receive it right over the counter.
