The City Of Manchester NH Tax Collector's Office is happy to announce that most Motor Vehicle registrations can now be done at the Tax Collectors Office. We are now accepting a single check payable to the City Of Manchester NH for both the City portion and State portion of your car registration. Please do not make your check out before you come in to the office.

New vehicles no problem, now that we can issue plates, however you must prove residency.  Please keep in mind that you also need to have your proof of identity so bring in your legal non expired drivers license with you.  Also the process of renewing a registration can be done from the comfort of your own home, without waiting in long lines, just go to the Pay Now Online Page to see the process of how to register by credit card or e-check.

The Motor Vehicle Registration Renewal Notices for the month of February are scheduled for mailing Wednesday January 11th, 2012 and need to be returned to the Tax Office by Wednesday February 22nd, 2012 to complete the February renewals by mail.
