Mid-Year Reports

Seniors who applied to college(s) using the Common Appolication need to print the Mid-Year Report and bring it to their Guidance Counselor with a stamped/self addressed, business sized envelope(s).  Be sure to put your name on the inside flap.

Final Reports

Final Reports need to be turned into guidance in early June.

Senior Survey & Final Envelopes

Seniors, be sure to fill out a senior survey.  They will be distributed in May.  Then bring your final transcript envelope to Ms. Roukey in Guidance.  Bring a business sized envelope, stamped and addressed with your name on the inside flap.
