Class of 2012 End-of-Year Schedule
The following schedule will be in effect for the months of May and June, 2012. Grades will close for seniors at the end of school on Tuesday, June 12, 2012. All seniors must attend all senior class activities. Failure to do so will cause exclusion from the Graduation Ceremony. Attendance will be taken at all senior class activities.

NOTE: All seniors will receive ten (10) graduation tickets. Additional tickets will be available with Ms. Weiss.
Important Notes
1. Scholarship recipients will be honored at the "Knight Court of Honor" at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, June 06, 2012 at 6:00 pm at West High School, in the auditorium.
2. Parents are responsible for transportation of seniors to and from all senior class activities.
3. All parents are invited to the Class Day Ceremony on Thursday, June 14, at 8:00 am.
4. All liens owed to the school must be cleared prior to 12:00 pm on Friday, June 15, 2012, otherwise diplomas will be withheld from the graduation ceremony. If students are unsure if they owe a lien, they should check with the Main Office prior to Class Day.

7:00 PM. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Caps and gowns will be worn at both ceremonies.
Caps and gowns will be worn for the class picture on Thursday, June 14, 2012.
Girls - light colored dresses (light colored slacks or pantsuits), dress shoes
Boys - white or other solid colored dress shirt with collar, tie, socks, dress slacks, and dress shoes
JEANS, SHORTS, SNEAKERS, FLIPFLOPS, SHOWER SHOES, AND BOOTS ARE NOT ALLOWED!
Alcohol and Other Drug Use Warning
Any senior who violates the Alcohol and Other Drug Use Policy between now and graduation will be subject to exclusion from ALL senior class activities, including graduation. Act responsibly! Demonstrate respect for yourself, your family, and your school.
Important Message
Graduation for the Class of 2011 was a fun, yet dignified ceremony, which created lasting memories for them. They have set the bar high. Let's keep up the "West is Best" tradition.
