MANCHESTER MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL
PATRONS OF PERFORMING STUDENTS

The Patrons of Performing Students was established more than 10 years ago to assist the music department in a variety of activities. Without the organization, marching band members would still be wearing makeshift uniforms. The half time shows would be one-dimensional with no mallet instruments, amplification or backstage lighting.

The polish and professional presence that our audiences have come to expect would not have reached its current level without the opportunity for our drum majors and color guard captains to attend training camps partially paid for by P.O.P.S. 

P.O.P.S. is responsible for the smooth efficient handling of every non-musical aspect of the music department. Without their support and help, the musical directors would be unable to deliver the best possible musical experience for our students.
