will increase by 10%. Teacher will maintain high expectations for student performance.

Teach test-taking skills

The percentage of students performing at or above proficiency in reading on the NECAP

Teachers will receive professional development using the Exemplars rubric
Teachers will teach Exemplars weekly
Provide timely intervention based on assessment results
Goal: Writing
Teachers will receive professional development using the district writing rubric
Teachers will collaboratively meet to score writing samples based on district rubric
Teachers will provide instruction on areas of need of improvement
Goal: Reading, Mathematics, Writing
Teachers will maintain high expectations for student performance
Gossler will implement new discipline reporting form
Reduce tardiness and absenteeism
Provide events for families in the area of mathematics and reading
