Welcome to Gossler Park Elementary School’s home on the web. Gossler Park was established as a neighborhood school in 1956 and we are proud of our efforts to preserve the legacy of providing quality educational opportunities for this community.   Our school is unique for many reasons. We have a diverse and multi-cultural student body. Our staff is comprised of dedicated professionals that are committed to student learning and achievement. Our professionals consistently devote themselves to assisting students in reaching their academic potential.  

We are encouraged about our district wide math program, Everyday Math and we continue to stress the importance of high quality literacy instruction as our students engage in ability-level appropriate reading, writing, and discussion activities in their classrooms. Staff members actively participate in professional learning communities. In addition, students have a variety of after school opportunities including athletics, the arts, and tutoring.  

In closing, please accept our invitation to be a part of this journey.  A school is more than a building where students go to class.  It is a place where families and the community get involved with its future.  We implore all of you to stay involved with your children and to be a part of their education at Gossler Park School.
