Vision

The Manchester School District's 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) afterschool program envisions a community where all students are inspired to reach their full potential academically, socially and personally through the support of the program, families, and the community.

In order to achieve this end, we are committed to providing an affordable, secure, and safe environment where students:

• are engaged in learning
  
• are better informed decision-makers
  
• are connected in meaningful ways to school and community
  
• develop skills, talents and new interests
  
• build social skills and develop positive relationships with peers and adults
