On November 21, 2009 the Manchester Police Department again partnered with the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission in conducting alcohol compliance checks. Over 125 licensed establishments were checked with nine businesses selling alcohol to a minor. Those establishments are:

Cumberland Farms at 275 Hanover St.

Tropical Food Market at 334 Union St.

Richdales Convenience at 90 Bridge St.

Westside Gulf at 21 N. Main St.

Hans Food Mart at 353 Maple St.

Capri Market at 540 Hall St.

777 Express at 777 Hooksett Rd.

7-11 at 111 Webster St.
