     On 11-22-09 at approximately 2:00 am, Officers Todd Leshney and Andrew Fleming observed a male on the corner of Manchester St. and Chestnut St. urinating on the retaining wall in front of the Manchester Police Department.  He was identified as Karim Akib, age 29, of Everett, MA. He was issued a summons for Conduct in Public Place. As he left the area, Officer Derek Feather observed the same individual through the Manchester Police Department security cameras, kick one of the police cruisers parked on Merrimack St. Officer Fleming responded back to the area and could hear the individual yelling profanities as he continued to walk towards Pine St. Mr. Akib was arrested and taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct. There was no damage to the cruiser.
