Manchester Police officers were called to 91 Ruth Ave. at around 6:30 Thursday evening for a report of a man with a gun. When the officers arrived, witnesses informed them that a resident of the address identified as Travis Francis had pointed a gun at another man during a fight in the driveway. According to the victim and witnesses, Francis and the victim were engaged in a verbal argument that eventually became physical. At one point during the altercation, Francis called for another resident of the home to "get his gun". Francis eventually gained possession of what was described as a black handgun, then "cocked it" and pointed it at the victim. After a brief standoff, Francis eventually went back inside the residence and the victim immediately left the area and the Police were notified. Based on information gathered at the scene, Travis Francis was arrested and charged with Felony Reckless Conduct.
