A Manchester Police officer working in an undercover capacity early this morning observed a female "lingering" in the area of Hanover and Beech St. Suspecting she was engaging in prostitution, the officer approached her on foot. The woman, later identified as Lisa Bilodeau of Manchester made small talk with the officer, then exposed herself to him as she walked with him along the street. The officer immediately identified himself and attempted to take Bilodeau into custody. Bilodeau refused to go quietly, and fought with the officer until back-up arrived. She was eventually placed under arrest and charged with Lewdness and Resisting Arrest.
