Manchester Police officers were called to 160 Willow St. 2nd floor at just after midnight on March 27th for a reported Domestic Dispute. The officers were met at the residence by a female who claimed that she was assaulted by her boyfriend. The victim alleged that 45 year old William Kling had struck her in the face during an argument, after which he left the area on his bicycle. Officers located Mr. Kling in a wooded area behind the residence and he was arrested and charged with Domestic Simple Assault.
