Three Teens Arrested for Attempted Burglaries in the City's North End

Three male teenagers were arrested on 05-24-2010 for attempting to burglarize two houses in the area of Webster Street and Shaw Street.

Alcohol Compliance Checks Conducted

The Manchester Police Department again partnered with the NH Liquor Commission to conduct alcohol compliance checks focusing on bars and restaurants. This partnership will continue with future checks scheduled to take place. On May 19, 2010 over 100 establishments were checked with nine selling alcoholic beverages to an underage buyer. The following businesses sold alcohol and were cited by NH Liquor Enforcement Division and the individual employee summoned to Manchester District Court.

Man who severed his own finger during knife attack is identified

Miguel Ramirez (29) has been identified has the attacker at WR Taverna, in which three people were injured. He is currently wanted by Manchester Police for several offenses.

Police Officer Injured in Struggle with Armed Suspect

Manchester Police officers responded to My Friends Bar and Grill at 507 Maple St. Thursday evening for a report of a patron carrying a large knife refusing to leave. The suspect was arrested after he ran from police, then struggled with officers who took him into custody.
